What would you do with a Chief Elevation Officer at your side? Someone who's been a leader in your shoes, who can listen and advise, join you to troubleshoot and solve, and keep you on track and energized?
I work 1:1 with leaders as a coach, confidante, champion, and challenger. I'll provide support that elevates you to:
Navigate challenges and make decisive moves.
Co-create strategies and drive next-level success.
Unlock growth for you and your organization.
We will start with my signature onboarding. I'll collect what I need to get to know about you and your organization, and together we'll define what's most important to move you forward like a boss.
We will meet twice per month to keep you on track to your goals, clear barriers, and devise solutions. In between sessions, you'll have unlimited access to me via email, text, and phone for input and support.
Each month, I'll take something off your plate by providing a "pop" of executive support, such as editing a team communication, documenting a strategy, or outlining talking points so you don't have to.
Learn how you can get my Motivation Map FREE (a $399 value!) when you elect for twice-monthly coaching sessions.
As the executive director of a small nonprofit, I’m grateful to work with Dana as a consultant and coach. Dana asks thoughtful questions and offers fresh, insightful perspectives. She’s bold in her curiosity, never settling for surface-level answers when there’s more to explore. She is helping me deploy new fundraising strategies, optimize board member involvement, and maximize our limited resources to raise revenues. Her guidance, professionalism, and warmth inspires me!
"Dana asks thoughtful questions and offers fresh, insightful perspectives..."
Dana stepped in as a fractional fundraising leader when the nonprofit organization I led suddenly lost our development director. She managed team members, drove fundraising strategies, and smoothed the transition for our incoming new hire. She is a professional who brings positivity and objectivity, and, most importantly, who gets results.
